How to convert Pantone to CMYK in InDesign

Double click your Pantone/Spot Colour Swatch to open the Swatch Options dialogue box:

Change the Colour Mode to CMYK:

Change your Colour Type to Process:

Select Name with Colour Value (Just for your reference):
