The Personal Shopper system in w3p is a way to help you get started placing orders through w3p by providing a personal assistant. You can use personal shopper to get an understanding of our core product range, ask if we can price match another supplier, and request if we can supply products outside our existing range.

Personal Shopper is an internal system.

 

 

How to use Personal Shopper

To ask a personal shopper for help head to 'Jump to' > 'Personal Shopper'

Or simply search for 'Personal Shopper' in the main w3p Flyerink search bar.

 

Start a new request and we'll ask what department you need help from and the type of help you need.

 

You can ask for help from one of the following departments

  • Print
    For help with all paper-based print products. 
  • Fabric displays
    For help with all fabric-based products.
  • Posters, signs & installation
    For specialised help from our signage team with all signage products. 
  • Promo items
    For help with all of our promotional product range.
  • Workware & clothing
    For help with all of our clothing range, including our FunkiComfi range.
  • Graphic design
    For help with any graphic design work you may have. Use our creative network to help carry out these projects for you.
  • Web & digital design
    For help with any website projects or email layouts you may need help building. Use our creative network to help carry out these projects for you.
  • Online templates
    For help with creating web2print templates. Use our creative network to help carry out these projects for you.
  • Something else
    Maybe the question you have doesn't fall into any of these departments above. Use 'Something else' for a general question.

 

and you can ask us one of the following

  • Get a price quote
    A quote for a particular product. 
  • I want a bespoke item
    An item that isn't off the shelf.
  • Help me pick the right item
    Help to find an item we stock.
  • I need specialist guidance
    If you need to speak to a specialist for advice on what product you should be offering your customers.
  • Can you price match?
    Found a like-for-like product from one of our competitors but at a cheaper price? Let us know the spec and other details and we'll see if we can price match it.
  • A little file supply advice
    If you need some help with uploading print-ready PDF's to jobs.
  • See previous requests
    For when you want to see previous requests you have asked. This will show you requests asked from all departments, not just the one you're currently viewing.
  • Help some other way
    Maybe the help you need doesn't fall into any of the categories above. 

 

You'll then be asked to send us some information about your request.

We've added a template that you can amend to your request to help us provide the support as soon as possible, but you can change the text to whatever you want. 

The more detail you can provide us, the better we can assist you with finding answers and setting up Jobs. 

You can upload images and paste links if you think that will help us understand the request you have too.

Once you have filled out all the info you can, click on 'Send request' to submit your Personal Shopper request. 

We'll reply to you as soon as possible and aim to either Create a Job, Order or Opportunity in w3p Flyerlink that you can amend and sent to status 081 (print). If we need some more information we'll send you a message here.

How to view previous requests in Personal Shopper

Follow the same Personal Shopper process as above (select department), but then click on 'See previous requests' when selecting the kind of help you need. 

This will show you ALL your previous requests, not just the ones for the department you have selected.
